Google and Disney in talks with Chinese firm
CBJ Feb 8 - Disney is in the latter stages of talks to buy into China’s largest in-bus media and advertising company, in a deal that could offer Disney a new platform for promoting the company in China. Google Inc is among investors in the Disney-led consortium. The consortium planned to buy a stake of approximately 30-40 per cent in Bus Online for over $100 million via a purchase of shares that will be issued by the company.
