Google phone maker sued by Apple

CBJ Mar 3 - Apple Inc. Has sued phone maker HTC Corp on Tuesday, claiming the phone made for Google Inc. Violates patents on Apple’s iPhone. HTC is a Taiwan based company is the maker of the Nexus One phone, as well as several of its own braded phones that work on Google’s Android operating system.
