India and Australia ready to keep on developing trade and JV success
CBJ Mar 3 - Great opportunities between Australia and India within the mining industry was the order of the day recently when Anand Sharma, India’s Commerce and Industry Minister spoke at a meeting in New Delhi with Stephen Smith, Australia’s Minister for Foreign Affairs .
Sharma highlighted the potential for increased bilateral trade and fortuitous joint ventures between the two nations, citing Commonwealth Games infrastructural projects as a strong example of the cooperative projects both countries currently enjoy working on together. Also on the agenda were a number of strategic partnerships which had been previously incited by Kevin Rudd, Australia’s Prime Minister, in November last year. Discussion and international relations continue to develop.
